She was driven to share these stories and began her blog and online platform, Nurse Abnormalities, in 2015, which has amassed a following of greater than 150,000 engaged nurses and healthcare providers. Through her authentic writing and storytelling, Ms. LeVeck strives to inspire, empower and educate the next generation of nurses and to renew the previous generation.

I work in a system laced with imperfections, reflective of society’s current state.
A system where sometimes it seems the good gals finish last reflective
of society’s current state, but even then, I still have hope.
